3D Printing

Flexible Manufacturing for the Ever Changing Future

Through our partners, CPS provides advanced additive manufacturing solutions, offering exceptional precision and design flexibility for intricate geometries and demanding applications. This enables rapid prototyping, reduced material waste, and efficient production of complex parts.

Rapid Prototyping

Through use of additive technologies CPS can build lab level tooling, accelerating product development timelines.

Complex Geometries

CPS is collaborating with several printing companies to develop a unique additive manufacturing process for metal matrix composite preforms, allowing the production of components that would be impossible to manufacture with traditional tooling.

Specialty Materials

CPS has 40 years of experience in powder processing.  Now, with the rise of additive manufacturing, we are applying this expertise to make novel metallic and ceramic feedstocks optimized for additive manufacturing.
