Injection Molding

High Volume Manufacturing of Powder Metals and Ceramics

CPS’ propriety Quickset Injection Molding process yields intricate parts with a low cycle time, reduced tool wear, and highly detailed feature control. Our special process can manufacture components that cannot be processed by conventional means due to machining cost, brittleness, high hardness, and high melting temperature.

Easily Work with Difficult Materials

CPS’ process can fabricate complex geometries from materials that are difficult or costly to machine.

High Volume Manufacturing

With low cycle times and long tool life, the CPS Quickset Injection Molding process is capable of producing thousands of parts per week that meet customer requirements.

Dimensional Control

Our proprietary process uses a unique blend of powders to yield high green body densities with minimal shrinkage during sintering or infiltration.
