Demonstrates Continued Growth of Market Demand

Norton, MA, October 28, 2025 – CPS Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: CPSH) (“CPS” or the “Company”) today announced it has concluded negotiations on a contract valued at approximately $15.5 million from a longstanding, multinational semiconductor manufacturer. Under the terms of the agreement, CPS will deliver advanced power module components over the 12-month period which began October 1, 2025.

The order represents a 16.5% year-over-year increase in business from the customer, reflecting expanded demand for CPS’ high-performance, application-specific solutions. The components will be integrated into systems supporting high-speed rail as well as energy and grid infrastructure. Additional terms were not disclosed.

Orders such as these affirm our plan to relocate to a larger and more efficient production facility, which is enabled by our recent capital raise. James Cavoli

Mr. Cavoli served as the President of Swagelok Company from 2021 through 2024, after being appointed COO in 2020. Joining Swagelok Company in 2010, he served as Director, Strategic Sales; he was named Vice President and CFO in 2014. Prior to this, Mr. Cavoli served as a captain in the U.S. Army, Finance Manager for Ford Motor Company, General Manager for Progressive Insurance, and founded LS Insights, a national brokerage firm. Mr. Cavoli has a B.S. from Georgetown and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Englin joined CPS in April of 2023. Prior to joining CPS, his work experience includes positions in business development, with a focus on composite materials and aerospace markets.
