CPS Technologies Corporation Announces Changes to Organization and Staffing

CPS Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: CPSH) today announced additions and changes to its organization in sales, marketing and product development.

Grant Bennett, CEO, indicated, “Our management team and Board of Directors have just completed an in-depth review and updating of our five-year strategic plan. This review has clarified the significant growth opportunities we see in all three of our main product lines: AlSiC components, hermetic packages, and lightweight armor. We are adding to our sales and marketing organization, and making changes in other functions to better align all functions with our strategic plan, and realize these identified growth opportunities.”

Continuing to lead the sales and marketing team is Tom Breen who joined the Company as Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing a year ago. Reporting directly to Tom will be Cheryl Oliveira, Vice President Sales, and Mark Occhionero, PhD, as Vice President Technical Sales and Senior Research Scientist. Stephen Bodwell, who recently returned from a tour of duty with the U.S. Army in the Middle East, joins the sales and marketing team as senior Sales and Project Engineer. Mark Wade continues as Account Manager supporting key accounts.

The Company also announced that Richard Adams has resigned as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer to pursue other interests. In addition to his responsibilities in technical sales, Dr. Occhionero will continue to have responsibilities in new product development as acknowledged by his new title.

Chris Fraser
CFO

Mr. Fraser joined the company in May 2026 as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he served as Controller within Precision Castparts Corp., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, where he led financial operations across three manufacturing plants producing aluminum castings for aerospace applications. Previously, as Executive in Residence at the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute, he was Chief Financial Officer for early-stage ventures funded through federal grants and SBIR programs.

Earlier, he served in senior finance positions for A.W. Chesterton, a global manufacturer of engineered products, and Oxford Instruments America, a supplier of high-technology tools for research and industry. He began his career at Deloitte in London, England, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.

James Cavoli
Chairman
Mr. Cavoli served as the President of Swagelok Company from 2021 through 2024, after being appointed COO in 2020. Joining Swagelok Company in 2010, he served as Director, Strategic Sales; he was named Vice President and CFO in 2014. Prior to this, Mr. Cavoli served as a captain in the U.S. Army, Finance Manager for Ford Motor Company, General Manager for Progressive Insurance, and founded LS Insights, a national brokerage firm. Mr. Cavoli has a B.S. from Georgetown and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Joe Englin
Director of Business Development
Mr. Englin joined CPS in April of 2023. Prior to joining CPS, his work experience includes positions in business development, with a focus on composite materials and aerospace markets. Mr. Englin received a BSE in mechanical engineering from Calvin University and an MSE in Engineering Management and Leadership.
